All-Inclusive Resort Giveaway

(collectively, the “Sponsor”).

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, or obligation is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who:

• •  Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry,
  • Have valid government-issued identification,
  • Are legally able to travel to the destination selected by the Sponsor,
  • The Sweepstakes is not eligible for Residents of Florida, New York, or Rhode Island, Hawaii or Alaska,
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary college or University

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 25th , 2025 at 12:01 AM (ET) and ends on December 21st, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET) (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entrants may enter by completing the social media instructions on the Sponsor’s official Sweepstakes post, which may include:

• Following the Sponsor’s account;
• Liking the official Sweepstakes post;
• Tagging friends in the comments;

• Sharing the post to their Instagram Story.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without using social media, send an email to info@thehotdoghop.com with the subject line “Resort Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, school you attend and city/state of residence. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Use of automated systems or multiple identities will void entries.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4) people to an all-inclusive resort (“Prize”), including:

1. Round-trip coach-class airfare for the winner and three (3) guests from an airport selected by winner with the approval of Sponsor.
2. All-inclusive resort accommodations for 4 nights at a resort chosen by the winner with Sponsor final approval.
3. Access to dining, beverages, and activities normally included in the resort’s all-inclusive package.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,000 USD.
Actual value may vary depending on travel dates, originating airport, availability, and seasonal rates. Winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

• Travel must be completed between March 15th, 2026 to December 5th, 2026.
• Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary.
• Winner is responsible for:
  • • Any fees for upgrades, optional activities, or amenities not specifically included;
    • Transportation to/from the departing airport;
    • Travel insurance (optional but recommended);
    • Any necessary travel documentation (ID, passport if applicable).
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or any component with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash

7. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place within 14 days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or email by January 15th, 2026. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:

• Complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release;
• Confirm acceptance of the Prize;
• Provide names and basic information for all travel companions;
• Agree to comply with resort and travel provider rules.

Failure to complete these steps may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, the winner and travel guests grant Sponsor the right to use their names, likenesses, photographs, videos, social media handles, and biographical details for promotiona purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation. This includes posts, reels, ads, website materials, and event promotions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Travel delays, interruptions, restrictions, or cancellations;
• Resort availability, safety, or service issues;
• Personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage;
• Technical errors, network failures, or platform outages;
• Unauthorized human intervention;
• Errors in advertising, publications, or administration of the Sweepstakes.

Winner assumes all risks associated with travel.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms;
• Cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part due to fraud, system
  errors, or any unforeseen circumstances;
• Substitute the Prize or any component for a prize of equal or greater value if the original
  becomes unavailable.

All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

12. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
